I ended my support, was guaranteed reimbursement by my Feb billing record. While it didn't come I attempted to contact the lady who explained it'd be there... She was no further using the organization, and so I talked with Ed Greer who discovered it'd never been prepared, so he was to facilitate the running of my reimbursement on 3-11 and stated it ought to be on my April declaration. May declaration is here now, however no reimbursement. I named Edward yesterday, 3/26, he was having a client and guaranteed he'd look at it and obtain back again to me yesterday. He never did, and so I named him today, 3-27. He advised me he was simply preparing to contact me, but he'd not examined in to the objective why I'd not been returned. I currently need my refund, as well as the curiosity I've needed to spend with this since Feb after I was to get my refund.
