Let me make it clear, Alienware is among the toughest businesses I've had the discomfort of coping with in my own life. Our 13-year-old boy, over my arguments, selected this horrible organization to-order his new gaming pc. Four weeks once they excitedly got my cash, no pc. No reaction to mail inquiries. I named them-and they offered me the B.S. History about how it requires to become examined and double checked and just how they create this type of fantastic program and just how they WOn't send an inferior merchandise. As near when I may inform, they do not send any item whatsoever. I terminated the purchase and requested after I might get my cash back. I had been informed my charge card could be returned entirely within 3-5 times. I named 7 work-days later but still no reimbursement. They explained that it'd be 2 more times and guaranteed to deliver me a confirming email. 5 days later, no mail, no reimbursement. I named and was again informed 2-3 moere times and again was guaranteed a confirming email. Seven days later, no mail, no reimbursement. Within the meanwhile, we requested a much better pc from Dell and obtained it in 4 times, with free delivery. I understand that Dell purchased Alienware but don't anticipate the client support to become much better than it had been before. Alienware continues to be staffed by inexperienced, dishonest thieves. I still do not have my money-back, and am getting ready to document a using the Better Business Institution and am considering processing national inter state business fraud costs. Avoid these maggots.
