On 6/13 I obtained in email an assortment for an AT T Flexibility consideration under another debt collection organization. I obviously had no understanding of this account which was exposed and I posted a notice to that particular collection company informing to create authorized files, verification of payment and every other identifying data displaying I, myself exposed the consideration. Well, they mightnot and delivered notice to all 3 credit agencies to remove the consideration also it was. Then I visit my mail-box in January of the year and discover an assortment notice from EOS CCA for once more AT T Flexibility, understand this for a merchant account exposed Decemeber of 2009 having a stability of 705.96. I never obtained a phone out of this organization only one discover in January of the year. I submitted a problem using the FTC, I delivered EOS-CCA a professional notice on 2/18 that I acquired verification they've obtained but still no telephone calls or characters. I had beennot surprised one bit after I noticed various other grievances for that same task for that same kind of deceptive consideration (mobile company). Ideally, they'll react to this issue quickly.
