Dear Sirs, I've needed to contact Frontier each month that I obtain a payment since in my opinion that I am not being billed the right quantity!!! I've Highspeed Internet AND house telephone with endless long-distance... My complete statement for that two products shouldn't be over $55 AND my statement quantity is definitely a lot more than that after which I acquired INCLUDED and thats when my statement sum went up!!! I am charged $21.99 for Highspeed after which its usually $Sixty some for my home... I believed that TO PACK could be cheaper??? I've been so discouraged over this FOR WEEKS and STRESSED! It appeared that for each month I named about payment, obviously, I obtain a diverse Broker AND advised different things from each one of these AND GOT NOTHING RESOLVED!!! I paid whichever quantities to be able to maintain my telephone, but believe I over paid... I actually do genuinely believe that nowadays is my ultimate evening about the PACK AGREEMENT (YIPPEE!) I'd prefer to fall the long distace AND simply maintain simple telephone WITHOUT ANY ACCESSORIES!!! I simply need a Home point!!! Thank you, Tami Bloom
