Over billed and scammed

I have tried to speak to a manager name winston, who avoids my call. Finally spoke with arvey (however spelled) she told me that even though it was their fault that there was nothing that she could do about it. What do you mean you can't do anything about it. What kind of costomer service is that. Why should i pay for something that wasn't my fault. I rather pay the extra with verizon, comcast, or others then to ever fall for a side company anymore.

My bill is paid up. They want to pay a recconected fee and some other charges that adds up to 130.00. Are they crazy. The company made the mistake and even admitted it.

Also, when i signed up i was told that the third month was free. What happened to that???

This company is a fake. At first i was very satisfied with my service. However when they tried to scam me out of money, i had enough. They don't handle your complaints, everyone is a manager. They turned my phone off, when it was their fault. I have a sick child. I have to have access to 911, hospital, and her doctors. I hate these international companies. I've tried to contact their corporate office. I get addresses in white plains, ny / winter green, fl / purchase ny / then finally was told that the headquarters was in the philippines. I was told to call kevin griffo at 866-999-9999, left messages no return call yet. So at this moment i'm tired of the run around. I'm writing a letter to bbb and consumer affairs. I will find as many people that i can that has this service to get them to change. I will also post my story and any other story that i find (i've already found plenty) all over the web, newspaper and news media.
