Our house phone-line was down. After I attempted to contact to obtain aid I came across it extremely difficult to obtain a genuine individual about the telephone. I'd to lay towards the software which was providing uncertain concerns, making me to provide wrong answers. Once I lied and really was placed on store I'd to withstand 10 moments of terrible static-filled audio. After 10 mins of the a real individual responded simply to place me on-hold for another 10 mins using the same terrible audio. I eventually achieved a who I declined to provide any data to till she noticed my grievances. She also fundamentally set me on-hold for one more 10 mins of terror till I hungup. She did consider my cell phone number and guaranteed to contact me back if she dropped me. Well I'm still without my house telephone and my market continues to be dormant!!! How do you understand this mounted??? I Have hardly ever really had a problem with Verizon but this customer support attacks!!!
