I terminated my att telephone support in June. I had been to obtain a reimbursement check, only $15.14. I've been calling for 7 weeks. I get my phone delivered to f*cking Asia & they dont possess a idea! Im told it had been banked and they'll deliver me an upgraded. I've been reading the inspections within the email, it was shipped in in September, March, November etc I call-back repeately plus they are still examining it! Its merely a $15 reimbursement
I've been placed on store for 30 or even more mins. I've never had this type of run-around from this type of key organization. I called back recently plus they explained these were really delivering me out a duplicate of the cashed check plus they don't be giving someone to me because it was banked! Therefore my guy AT&T people if you should be to obtain a reimbursement and its own stolen my somebody and cashed you're ATTACHED! They'll not reissue it even although you didnt cash it
Therefore every one of these past couple of months I had been informed essentially that I had been gettig a duplicate of the June check and never a reissue to get a fresh slice check! They possess the nerve to deliver me within the email to "return to AT&T". Do you consider I've "*" on my mind? Do you consider a customer may return to a business which should have remained in the united states and that has been handled without any regard and who gets horrible customer support???
We shall not stick with AT&T. Its not concerning the $15.14 but its concerning the theory. We all need AT&T to create things right plus they have attached us! I suppose they require that $15.14 significantly more than I actually do. They are able to go and shove-it up there (you realize whats!!
