Told I cant change my package withing 24 months

Our name is Jongibandla Ndzipho and that I improved my cellphone agreement in April from Our Option R300 topup to Anytime 200 moments (rim at R349 per month). I approached my company requesting to become transformed to a different bundle strategy in December because it turned too extensive for me personally and that I required an agenda that I will handle, and that I was informed that my present strategy was on unique and that I can't proceed to another arrange for two years. I thus required a statement restriction of R500 wich hasn't worked when I've been spending money on over R1000 per month since December and that's a lot of for me personally. I want support when I want to get using this bundle trigger I can't affort it anymore as R1100 per month is a lot of for me personally and also the statement restriction isn't functioning. I dont wish to limit but I want an agenda that's mounted and allows me to purchase my very own airtime once the allotted moments are completed. Another factor, after I got out this plan, it had been never described it in my experience that I'll need to stay with it for two years with no choice to move to a different plan. I really hope somebody from MTN might aid me within this respect when I cant manage this bundle but I'm prepared to spend R500 per month for my cellphone.
