I registered for that free trial offer due to a pamphlet that included my new Toshiba notebook. It had been a 14-day trial. Observed immediately that I had been instantly pay for that $31.99 per month strategy. I changed it towards the $6.49 per month strategy immediately. I understand I did so this. There's no issue that I changed it.

Fourteen days later the cost comes through at $31.99. I approached eMusic live-chat assistance and also the customer support consultant can't locate any report of the strategy change or strategy change request.
