AT&T Advertising Problems And Not A Solution

My name is Nat Bouknight, I am the Director of The Center for Practical Intelligence which is a newly established small businessin Newport Beach, Ca. Recently, I decided to sue AT&T in Small Claims - Superior Court of California... There are quite a few details regarding this matter but, for the sake of this email I will be very specific. AT&T was to set-up a 5 page website using the url - thecenterforpracticalintelligence.com which was contracted on August 11. Because, I was told the site would be available within 45 days we decided to have our first conference to launch this new business venture. We therefore scheduled the "Better Life and Business Conference for November 18 at The Hyatt Newport Beach and we ran several local full page newspaper ads all of which starting running November 5, and the 12th promoting the conference, its speakers, and obviously the url. Thecenterforpracticalintelligence.com. As you know in todays business world it is imperative to have a website, and as a new business if you advertise your url and no one can view it that speaks to one's credibilityWith that said our url was being advertised but was not available for the public to see. AT&T advertises its suite of products as "Advertising Solutions." They did not solve any problems they gave me more problems because end the end I had to cancel the conference. I'm sure there are many people like myself who because of the lack of job opportunities that are available are thinking why notstart my own business... That's the upside! Thanks for listening... Nat Bouknight, DirectorThe Center for Practical Intelligence
