Our telephone returned from repairs for that third-time each day before. Today its providing the exact same issue for that next period after only one evening! I'm frustrated. Every time the telephone gets into for repairs it requires three or four months to obtain it back. They've no mortgage telephones accessible and that I am caught with no support.
I've only approached customer service plus they claim they're not able to aid after which they move me to repairs who do not answer the telephone
I'm not likely to spend and am ending my agreement with instant impact when I feel Virgin is in violation of agreement because they are not supplying me with any support.
