Same experience as last complainer. They appear to possess a routine in the manner they over-bill. Plenty and a lot of phony calls everymonth that they cost and declare it isn't their problem when the quantity they offered towards the client allegedly gets calls from arbitrary figures and client needs to purchase them. Whether it's just a barage of calls since the quantity was possessed by another person who got plenty of arbitrary calls, then why does not the same occur after I obtain a quantity from my telephone or cell organization? And why do this many clients go through the same task? And why do they demand on getting the client (while providing to alter the amount which does not eliminate the issue)? I have consumed this up with customer support plus they declined to return my cash for that phony calls. Avoid the corporation! FCC please have a notice and utilize these grievances as evidence.
