Our mom named me in the airport in Bay Area allowing me understand when she'd get to St. Paul, MN. She requested the owner just how much a collect phone could be. The owner did not understand (like heck!). We talked for around one minute. I approved the phone call thinking it'd charge $2 - $5. After I got my Qwest expenses, ZPDI billed me $29 and change to get a 4 second phone. The phone call, itself, was about $18, the remainder were costs and fees. I named Qwest and required they take away the bogus charge. They explained to contact ZPDI. I did so. The repetition mentioned the costs wouldn't be eliminated since I approved the phone call. I told them-they wouldn't get a cent plus they were criminals. I called Qwest back. The good repetition named ZPDI allowing them to understand I'm arguing the costs. The cost was taken off my Qwest bill. If ZPDI directs me a statement, I'll instantly forward it towards the BBB and MN AG's office. ZPDI screwed using the wrong person!
