After paying off my bill and cancelling my phoneline service they told me everything was going to be fine after 24 hrs. I went ahead and had another phone company service the new phone company told me my phone line was still block, I told BLUE CASA my story and they told me that because I had cancell my service after my due date bill I have to wait another month not only to cancell my service but to wait for another bill. (they are billing me for a month worth of service that I have not receive) just because I had cancelled my service 2 days after my due billing date
