Your workplace registered with Birch 5 years back and that I had no issues concerning the support. Nevertheless, I was never informed they offereed DSL and thus whenever we required significantly more than dial-up web, I named Birch and have what my renewal time was. Was informed that it had been up for restoration on 2/16. This individual never actually ask why I had been attempting to alter my support. Soooo, in Jan I sent in a demand to end on our restoration day of 2/16/10 and registered with ATT. All was nicely, obtained my ultimate payment and settled it. SUBSEQUENTLY thirty days notice obtain a observe that we owe $550 in early termination costs. Obviously I instantly named and related what had occurred which their worker had cited me the 2/16/10 day. They named me back and stated yes I had been informed that 2/19/10 was the day for restoration, but that which was in mistake and we owed the $550. Request why it had been all my problem plus they "stated" that somebody had named a couple of days after getting my fax and quit a voice-mail declaring the restoration time was 2/16. Well I never acquired such voice-mail. But obviously these were completely reluctant to work well with me or create any credits. May inform everybody I understand to remain A LONG WAY AWAY from Birch.
