Misrepresentation and Non-Performance re: rebates

Simply over this past year on January 28, I changed my local phone supplier to Vonage, through the marketing of Saveology (phone number 877 822-2418). Saveology guaranteed a motivation of the $300 voucher ($25/month) for gasoline or goods. To acquire the refund, I had a need to visit http://saveology.com/discounts, and download, total, and deliver a duplicate of the rebate form combined with the bill of the very first month’s bill for that Vonage support. After finishing these actions, I noticed nothing from their store till I named them on September 9. I talked with Saveology owner 3117 and was informed that my deals could be reissued to create two $150 deals that will need online enrollment. These deals never came, etc October 30, in another phone, Kelly, owner identification 5197, established the purchase for my refund deals was posted on September 30 (to get a Jan 28 purchase of Vonage support!) and believed to delay 2 to 3 more months.

Today, on March 2 (13 weeks after becoming a member of Vonage), I obtained a $25 check from Saveology having a notice detailing the check associated with a refund for Meal online sites. I never employed or activated to Dish Network. Possibly Saveology is simply disorganized and unprofessional, but their conduct appears a lot more menacing in my experience. Vonage support, however, in addition to the refund, continues to be fantastic.
