U-Verse Billing Complaint

I'venot had issues with AT&T until lately. I acquired the U Verse service-about six months before and anything went excellent. Well, the economy required a tough cost on me lately and my statement got behind. I'd a check rebound and was informed that I'd to pay for a restoral quantity of $356.30. We attempted spending it with this additional bank account nevertheless when the support wasn't repaired, we named many times (receiving stop from the automated program and used in incorrect depts that ultimately hung-up on-US) till we eventually got to somebody informing us the check was running of course if support was not back on in a couple of hours, then we were to contact again. Therefore we did. This time around we were informed that since the last check returned, these were unable to take another check. Okay, which was good. Four customer support representatives assured us the check have been terminated soon after we created a cost by creditcard. Well, I examined my banking account today and affirmed, the check removed. Today the rest of the inspections created may jump. Obviously they're shut for that evening also it got me more than 30 units to locate a method to contact a real individual who created an incident about the consideration for me personally. I'll observe mon if they're likely to credit my consideration of course if it bounces, I'm requesting they spend the return check charge!
