This really is worst organization I've actually handled. I believe it's a-3 individual organization who do NOT worry about the client. I purchase 4 jawbone headphones (~$360) late dec, examined all about 14 days later (After selecting 3-5 day delivery) They billed me more for shipping than initially mentioned. (Just $5 so-so I acquired over it!) after I received the merchandise 3 were functionally and 1 didn't function. (I believe these are refurbs designated as new!) It took me over 1.5 week to achieve an individual to obtain a return authorization. The internet agreement didn't function (I attempted three times!) I finally got touching somebody and got the RMS signal. I expected to get a reimbursement they stated "no" not on headphones I mentioned okay trade and provide me a brand new on. (it was nightmare to obtain them to acknowledge considering the fact that it had been past their 10-day return policy JUST simply because they don't react to their mail or reply their telephone - notice you-can't keep a note since their mail is definitely complete!) Anyway I finally got the signal delivered product back and waited and waited and waited... Everyweek I daily and achieve an individual I obtain the run-around or get hung-up on, I ultimately achieve somebody with minds "Jennifer" and he or she investigates the problem. She return after being on-hold for 20mins and stated we discovered it, it got this lengthy to obtain it refined since our technology men needed to confirm that it didn't function and we were backlogged, but we will be giving out a brand new one 1st point in a few days. (I reached her late friday!) I was designed to get a contact when it shipped. No mail I named and named and called. Hung-up on numerous occasions, was guaranteed a call-back many times which never occurred I spoke to somebody proclaiming to stay energy, supervisor he explained the return was never obtained (total rest!) told him the product was discovered which Jennifer stated it will have now been delivered out some time before! I had been the placed on store for good after which strangely I get disconnected. Since that time I keep obtaining the run-around so when I request to talk to Jennifer she's alway out to lunchtime or house or something. I've sent emails to aid (I once got an answer stating sorry for trouble they'll solve the problem!) LOL I've actually sent subsequently to ask about my problem with no reaction

I'll be trying to perform a charge-back on my CC but it was requested in dec and so I have no idea how my lender can manage it. (in my opinion that's why they string u along for times, weeks and weeks!) They wear u done. From calling every single day, to every additional day a only one time or twice per week!
