I'm creating this notice in problem of my alarm monitoring support. I initially bought my agreement from APX sensors in June. Because the period of my purchase my alarm tracking continues to be used in SAI, Inc.organization and in the records that I've maintained monitoring of, I've had issues since. I first began having issues in January.

About 30 days before I obtained an email within the email having said that my tracking solutions charge could be decreased by around $4.00, the other week afterwards July 9th a, Bianca named and quit me a note the notice was submitted mistake and that I wouldn't be getting a decrease.

Our newest problem continues to be with techsupport. Our alarm began beeping at 2:00 A.M. On October 15. Since that time I've voiced with numerous workers looking to get some aid or some monetary aid. I've gotten no-where. I've named many times and every time voiced with somebody fresh. Oct 15th I had been about the telephone with Akeem for half an hour pounding in signal after signal on my alarm keyboard. Nothing was operating so he explained he'd call into my support and contact me back. While my alarm began beeping again on 10/19, I named and spoke to Tyrone. I advised him this was the 2nd period I had been calling with this same issue, which Akeem formerly hadn't delivered my telephone call like he explained he'd. Tyrone subsequently did the same with me, having me key in signal after signal without any avail, then he stated he was delivering me out a brand new cell, after I obtained it I had been to contact him and allow him understand. On October 24th I named and talked to Adolfo, allow him understand I obtained the cell, what next I requested. Adolfo subsequently explained I'd get a call-in 3-5 times to truly have a technology emerge and substitute my low-operating cell. I went the whole week pursuing with again no-call to displace my cell. I subsequently named about the 7th time (10-31-08) to tech-support and talked with May Gomez who's a boss. He explained he was really sorry for my trouble. The job order have been positioned, however the technology support didn’t contact me. He couldn't achieve them by telephone while I had been on-hold with him. He assured me that I'd possess a phone Saturday November 1 from his organization allowing me know when they had any fresh info on when or why I hadn’t obtained a technology phone up to now. Through the weekend, I still didn't obtain any kind of communication with SAI, and so I named very first thing Friday morning (11/3/8) Eduardo answered the phone and told me Will was out of the office (who is my contact person to get this situation under control), and May’s supervisor was in a gathering. I told Eduardo that I needed this issue mounted, along with a phone in the boss in half an hour or I'd be calling the BBB. Obviously, I still at 2:30 pm exactly the same evening never noticed from tech-support or other people that'll care my alarm doesn't function.

I'm totally and completely discouraged that I'm paying $44.99 monthly to get a support that's presently no longer working, and it has not been because the 15-th of March. I requested the organization to get a reimbursement, they declined and stated I'd have the ability to apply for a credit for that time-my alarm was operating, but that can not be submitted before program is set. I can not obtain a your hands on one to have it mounted so that they wish to maintain receiving me and never supply me having a support. Not just am I spending money on the support I'm spending money on my lost mobile phone moments every time I lay on the telephone together for half an hour at the same time.

I wrote the organization a professional notice informing them when my alarm wasn't set in thirty days and that I didn't get a credit, I'd be getting them off my automated withdrawal from my bank account and contemplate my contract voided. I delivered that notice Nov 2nd, plus they obtained it per USPS certified mail Nov 6th. I still haven't obtained a telephone call from a person with SAI, inc.

I'd like a reimbursement of times my support hasn't been operating, and that I need my contract voided. The corporation is just a headache to work well with as well as their customer support is terrible. I've not talked with one individual who cares that my alarm doesn't function and that I have requested them in the past to repair this issue or switch off my sercice. I'll not spend a termination charge of course if I were to include up constantly I've lost about the telephone, the cell phone moments as well as for my lack of sleep-over this issue they'd owe me lots of cash.
