On Agust 15th I ended my u verse support and was informed that I'd be recieving a container to come back the equiptment. The representaive also mentioned that I had been overcharged on my statement for web after I told her that, "I had been informed by an att repetition that these were performing updates in the region and that I must be upgrated to u verse." I inquired if my web charge would increase and he or she responded "NO that it'll remain exactly the same" they were simply improving the whole region. Anything else may stay the same. Than she offerd it support free of charge for sixthy times that we ended method prior to the deadlin. I expalined towards the telephone repetition that I had been being cost 40.00 rather than the 19.99 I had been initially spending. She set me on-hold and he or she examined often with administration and he or she iformed me lastly that as she looked over my statement I had been to dismiss my statement since I had been overcharged which she'll matter me a complete credit of the intire statement once they received the equiptment. Well I still have not received the container and that I have spokent to 5 different people including a supervisor that additionally missinformed me about my present interet cost that I'd be recieving. The Final person I talked with informed me that I missunderstood exactly what was expalained in my experience, but never stated that she was sorry that I had been misinformed. Actually the supervisor missinformed me by what price I'd have the ability to recive. This supervisor advised me that she'll be providing me a thirthy buck credit and my web u verse is likely to be 20.00 bucks. I expected her what're you likely to do using the statement that the representative explained to dismiss? But I still am unable to obtain the price the supervisor explained I'd be lowered to. And so Iam still unhappy
