Subscribing to internet for tapes neve received

I subscribed to richard baumann, insider hypnosis tapes through internet in 2007. I paid $150. I have documentation for this. I have received nothing. Calls to aol, contact to insider hypnosis doesn't work. I sent two certified letters to Baumann's address. I have that as well. The company that does the bookkeeping was notified. The Insider hypnosis website should be taken down andhe shouldn't be allowed to operate through the internet. I have documentation for everything. Mary Boyce
