I signed up for att 99.00 package including home phone, tv (uverse) and internet. I recieved my first bill and it was much more. When I called I was told it was becouce it was my first bill. Then I recieved my bill the next month. It was high again. I called customer service and the first question was, Is this your first bill. I said no. After explaining the situation i was told I was not on the plan I was promised. My bill are more than twice what I was promised. I am writhing this while I am on hold to speek to a supervisor. I have been on hold now for over 30 minutes.
