I purchased two Blackberry 8330's. These phones were advertised as being refurbished in "Excellent" condition. Neither unit worked when they arrived and I requested & received an RMA number. I shipped the phones back to your company, express mail insured. I have a couple questions; Will these phones be tested prior to being shipped to me. If the previous phones had been tested, surely someone would have noticed THEY DIDN'T WORK! Will the phones be shipped back to me via express mail. I paid for it on the original order and it isn't my fault that the merchandise was faulty. I shouldn't be penalized. Will I receive notification when you receive the phones? Will I be notified when the phones are shipped back to me? Thank you for your time & concern in addressing this matter.
