Ringophone
Ing tone paid but not received

I buy one ringtone to my telephone, that we never obtained by taken care of via creditcard. No body at Ringotone may answer my mail despite the fact that the accept receipt and inform me via mail that somebody may contact instantly. I've delivered 6 emails about that and obtain exactly the same mail reply back instantly — "end of tale" at their finish. Nothing continues to be solved although I've be billed with no ringtone.
