(Formerly Cable & Wireless - Jamaica). After suffering their crappy on/off intermittent ADSL internet service I refused to pay until they fixed the probs.
After 2 mnths - still not repaired. So I stopped paying the bill, requesting that they fix the prob. They disconnect both phone and internet services and send a bill including disconnected month. It gets worse..!
Not wanting this affect my credit I start paying it off bit by bit. Then low & behold, w/o asking, they reconnect me (by this time I had already switched to FLOW) and prepare yet another bill w/o me knowing.
After 3 subsequent attempts at getting permanently disconnected (I called, filled out their "disconnection form", I called again), they finally disconnect me but still have this new outstanding balance posted! Aarrgghh!!
