After having my service disconnected for being 30 days behind on my bill they continued to bill me the full service rate of over $130 per month for premium cable and internet which had both been disconnected through a so called "soft" disconnect. After confronting them about this, they claimed that because i continued to recieve "basic" cable services during that period "excluding internet" that they had the right to bill me the full amounts due. They also bill in advance and charged me late fees on services "not yet rendered". I believe this is totally illegal and immoral and will file a complaint with the va attorneys general office.
