Sprint customer service sucks. I have been on the phone for about two months now trying to figure out why my phone bills is so high. I recently purchases a centro phone without changing my plan. After receiving a bill for $600.00 i called to make payment arrangements and found out why i have $200 worth of pro-rated charges. Customer service said i would have to talk to finance and finance said i wouuld have to talk to customer service. After several days and 34 minutes of being put on hold i have decided to buy minutes and pay sprint whenever i can. Just as they have done me.
