I bought my daughters phone online and it was supposed to be put in her name and be billed in her name and address this was in Sept in March she changed phones this is when I found out that it was in my name I was told then it was changed to her name and billing address. Now in May I found out that I have been getting the payments taken from my account and the phone is still in my name. I was told on the 21st of May that it was removed and I could process and refund request for the month of May only is all I was wanting, even though my daughter was getting a paper bill and I was being billed to. Now today I am told that I can't put the bill her name unless I go to a Authorized agent and do it and now to get the bill in her name they want an additional $15 to do so and it must be payed today, I was told on the 21st my daughter would get billed and the $15 would be on that bill. Nobody since March has told me the same thing, I am so mad now, and I will not drop this. (Look out Coporate Office here I come). I would never recommend this company to anyone, and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, and now I can't get the refund.
