I closed my t-mobile account 2 years ago. After doing so, the company took $1,350 from my checking without me authorizing this or even knowing about it. This caused me to have $180.00 in overdraft charges. I only owed approximately $100 to the company at the time that i closed the account. This caused problems financially and with my credit after that. This took a month for them to deposit into my account. They never apologized but continued billing me and threatened me if i didn't pay them for the last billing. It's amazing companies can go into someone's checking account and take thousands of dollars that the consumer doesn't owe them.
