This Corporation keeps billing $11.99 to a closed checking account. Ripoff

I've contacted this Corporation a month ago n told them I no long want to be a member of there group or whatever they are and I told them to cancel my membership and to refund money. I had to pay to my daughters now closed checking account but they have just sent another bill of $11.99 to a closed bank account with National City Bank whom keeps making me pay for this amount and I want it put to a stop. Can you please contact this Company or whatever they are at 1-877-488-9480. I can't keep affording paying overdrafts on a closed account
