Columbia Telecommunications ripoff rebate no rebate check no communication

I bought a FRS Value Pack (two-way radios) from Fry's. The product does not perform as advertised on the package.

I made photocopies of all documents and sent in for a $25 rebate. I never received it.

I've tried calling the phone number listed on the rebate form. It is either busy during office hours, or if I do get through. No one answers the phone. As soon as business hours close, there is a recording.

Despite leaving several messages, I have never heard from these crooks!
