On 11/5/08, I ordered an upgrade phone. On 11/10/08, I experimented with trigger the telephone. After 2 excursions towards the phone shop and speaking with more than 4 reps, I had been informed it'd consider twenty four hours to trigger the telephone. I called again on 11/11/10, and was informed it'd be 24 more hrs, plus my existing telephone support was stopped, and that I was informed that I would shed my mobile phone number. They explained there is nothing they might do, which I'd need to delay another twenty four hours.
They might not repair the problem or they'd they I would like to talk to a boss. I've no telephone and also have no thought if my previous quantity is retrievable plus I've nobody at AT&T Wireless whom cares.
