Bought a g1 for holiday present and phone couldn't be triggered until 1/2/09

Named on 1/2/09 and was informed it might consider twenty four hours to trigger telephone.

Named on 1/3/09 and was given many reasons why phone wouldn't activate and after 3 hours and many people, we decided to send phone back and not extend our agreement. We were informed acceptance time had ezpired and there is nothing they might do. Ellie the supervisor really hung-up on me.

Telephone was never triggered and not utilized and we were never informed about grace

Interval. This isn't our problem and we ought to not be punished since, they mightnot trigger telephone.
