My buddy required Vontage service on March 1, the repetition recommended my buddy he required a PC to acquire the support, he advised the repetition he didn't possess one and recommended the repetition throughout the same phone discussion of this reality and requested to overlook the phone. On Mach 3 vontage sent the hook up system, my buddy delivered it back on March 26. Vontage has been selected cash out-of his consideration since March. Once they were informed they informed us it's since the consideration was still available, the repetition mentioned she was searching atbthe preliminary info and views where the consideration was exposed in March and where the demand to shut it in those days was created. The main reason my buddy didn't understand this so far is basically because he doesn't get a document declaration in the lender and he rarely discusses the digital one. At any feeling Vontage doesn't wish to settle him for that six months they've been subtracting resources from his consideration. They stated they've been delivering electric claims to him, just how can that be remember he does not have a PC plus they haven't delivered something to my handle. 2 lessons learned: examine your bank claims, nor cope with Vontage.
