Each month in the supper time Local Telcom calls us to tel m people we'venot settled our statement. The history never changes. We usually do spend it, however they contact us and have us to pay for it before we actually get our statement. I would recommend they deliver us our statement in a regular way and prevent the "bill collector" design telephone calls to the house. It is ridiculous.
Hawaiian Telcom didn't obtain our online business whenever we shifted since the Local Telcom men could not figure it out and did not maintain their visit to send a specialist to repair the issue. We went using the cable business instead. We've been dissatisfied with Hawaiian Telcom.
