Verizon has added to my bill charges from a third party that I thought to be legitimate. Now I find that what they are doing is called cramming, letting USBI/Consumer Telcom make bogus charges for something I did not agree to. Apparently, Verizon shares in these unauthorized profits. I can't afford the medications I need and these companies are taking over $40.00 a month from me. This needs to stop and people who have fallen prey should be reimbursed.
