I dropped my mobile phone on 6/21/08 named to hold consideration 6/22/08 in those days requested an upgraded telephone settled the delivery costs from my money balance. The inexperienced low-english-speaking affiliate set the incorrect zipcode set for my tackle... Therefore suspending my purchase... Upon viewing my money balance delivered i called virginmobile and was guaranteed the resources were changed because of my "trouble" which my telephone might appear by Thursday 6/25/08. Of program this did not occur... Therefore the purchase was stopped... Cash was removed my bill again and also the telephone reordered. Was guaranteed the telephone might appear prior to the weekend... Which obviously it did not... Said to be reordered by 6/30/08... Upon calling that day discovered no it had beennot requested it was nevertheless stopped and simply resting and waiting... For what I'm unsure of... Within the mean-time my consideration that i spend regular for finished as of 7/1/08... Causing me to get rid of 422 moments i prepaid for and 3 months of endless texting i taken care of... Furthermore my bill had been billed for virginxl daily and also the consideration was stopped... Obviously below it is 7/1/07 and still no phone and money i paid for a service gone and no service made... And all i get is it'll get 24-72 hours for anyone to react to this problem... Well I'm in day 9 of the 24-72 hour delay interval without any telephone only the run-around... What's happening together with your organization? Is that this common process? Provide the client the run-around till their support operates out then when you need to do lastly do that which you claim they've to buy more moments ect from one to make use of the telephone? Or could it be that you simply do not do that which you declare you'll in your site "shipping in 2-3 business days" but consider the cash instantly in the money balance to fulfill your allowance or whatever your fraud is??
