They charged me twice in one month!

I've virgin cellular support that was obtained straight from my bank account. I changed banks and named to inform them that my consideration will have to be studied out-of my new lender plus they stated I requested more moments plus they do not have a saving of me purchasing any but I spoke to a computerized program and that I requested a high up-even after I had moments on my telephone. I'd continued point to alter the info in my own bill together so that they might have the best consideration to consider the regular cost out and my telephone was stop about the 12 of September so when I named to determine that which was incorrect they requested for my fresh check card amount I offered it for them because they stated they didn't contain it on document. I later discovered they charged me for moments used to do not purchase. All I requested was in order for them to return me 31.50 these were not approved to get. They stated no I can't afford also spend them twice and so I have ended my support together by July 15 and today I wont have any mobile phone and that I am a mature on fixed-income and needed to spend a facility as a result of this. They explained I'm paid-up until July 15.

The corporation has cheated me from 31.50. It might not seem like much but to somebody on fixed-income it's a great deal.
