Where do I begin? NO ONE in the Metro PCS customer service cares about your problem. NO ONE will solve your issues. "They regret the inconvenience, " but still "can't do ANYTHING about it.

They WILL put you on hold for at least 15 minutes regardless of what you ask them to do. Don't waste your time speaking to a supervisor, they're so arrogant and care even less.

The employees at the "authorized dealers" don't know a single thing about the service. I was deceived about the plan I was actually paying for. When I tried fixing their job MYSELF, I find out LATER, not by them, that I was being charged for EVERYTHING. I mean for switching plans, cancelling a line, EVERYTHING.

I've had a headache for a week now trying to get answers, thinking I would have fees waived I wasn't told about, but it's useless, NO ONE cares.

I'm stuck with a $220 phone that I can't return because I've used it longer than 59 minutes. Of course I have, I don't have a house phone. I found out about THEIR lies and mistakes 1 day later.

The unlimited web browsing is a joke, you can't do ANYTHING.

So, the lesson, if it's too good to be true, IT IS.

Sorry, AT&T for switching on you to "save" a couple of dollars. I'm going back because at least I was getting what I was paying for.

I NEVER want to have to do ANYTHING with a good for nothing, money stealing, deceiving, Metro PCS!!!
