The telephone called for 6 units but nobody responded. This isn't unusual, they frequently seem understaffed, which could be clear. Nevertheless it appears like theft that Verizon has charged me for all those 6 units.
Because changing is expensive and time intensive it appears as though the previous Mother Bell mantra "We do not care, we-don't need to."
