Available unique fax consideration (623) 321-8XXX on 10/05/06. On March 27 two new fax numbers were available in error. Because it is just a yearly agreement. J2 Link cost twice for that March faxes. $170.53 x-2. T link is only going to credit me $311.06 rather than the $341.06. It gets worse J2 chose to shut the whole consideration. Today, my unique fax number I just applied it for six months which is no further productive. Based on John H (Customer support Mgr.) It's traditional whenever a challenge it's available along with a credit it's use for somebody or program to shut the whole consideration. To reactivate my consideration they would like to cost me $10.00 to reopen my unique fax amount plus $15 x-2 for that utilization of the prior fax numbers available by mistake along with a $10 x-2 for reactivating both figures Though we currently negotiate the problem of each fax numbers that where available in error.

The $30 bucks not returned in the two yearly fax numbers the client put into the consideration was for the Service costs. It's a onetime $15.00 per quantity cost and it is non refundable except in a few conditions. The main reason it wasn't delivered within this scenario was since, as the client suggested the figures were included in mistake, these were equally available for atleast a month’s time period plus one of the figures really confirmed use.in these circumstances, as previously mentioned within our client contract, we don't return the Activation Fee. Other parts of the costs associated with both mistakenly additional figures was delivered. When the client needs to reactivate his consideration using the unique quantity designated then we shall ensure the $10 charge is waived. We apologize for that trouble.

Exactly why is a charge card is needed for fax # 623-321-8XXX if that point it is currently taken care of the season since 11/06. That amount was never problematic.
