Horrible customer service

After I first purchased my telephone it didn't have a memory. After I named Amplifier'd to request a brand new one, they stated I'd need to purchase the S&H to truly have a fresh one delivered to me as well as then it'd consider 14 days for that card to reach. I returned towards the Bestbuy wherever I bought it plus they simply offered me a brand new one after reading my situation, no-questions asked.
