I requested an elliptical on 11-26. Was advised it had been in-stock and might deliver briefly which I'd obtain a contact bill with delivery info. After waiting per week and getting no mail I named and sent customer support on 12-3. Merely a registered communication, and so I quit my quantity to get a return phone. No-return phone was obtained. On 12-4 called again and recorded message said they had ceased operations and were seeking financing to continue operations. I sent customer support and terminated my purchase and named my lender and questioned the cost to my charge card.
