Do not order from smooth fitness!

On December 7 I requested a CE-3.6 Elliptical device straight from Smooth Exercise. At that time of purchase, I had been informed the gear was in-stock which it'd be shipped within 7 to 10 times, and could be in shipped in sufficient time for Holiday.

On Monday December 20, I still hadn't obtained the gear and hadn't noticed a term from anybody. I named customer support who explained the shipping organization had my gear plus they could be calling me the following day (Wednesday the 21st) to plan a period on Wednesday or Thursday to provide the Elliptical machine. On Friday morning the 23rd, I still hadn't noticed a term from anybody and so I named customer support again. This time around, they advised me the delivery organization didn't have my whole purchase plus they wouldn't have it until someday the week of November 26th, after which they'd contact to routine shipping. On Friday morning November 30th they named to provide and set up the equipment.

Upon construction, the Elliptical was totally dysfunctional with none of the electric equipment functional. So that they named Clean Exercise who joined a fix purchase (#215929) and informed them to inform me that somebody might contact me. Certainly a completely independent agreement repair-service consultant did contact and arrived to judge the gear.

He examined all the electric wires and also the control cell that works the gear and discovered all of them to become faulty. He mentioned in my experience he have been run ragged attempting to assess and restore their gear which he'd many models using the same problems. Then he named the amount he had for Easy Exercise tech support team and documented what he'd discovered. They advised him to inform me they were shipping an entire fresh group of wires along with a fresh control cell, however they wouldn't deliver until Monday January 3rd. He further directed me to contact him to set up a return visit once the components came. After I got home from focus on Tuesday January 4th, there is a little padded cover in my own door. After I popped it, it was a brief bit of wiring and nothing else

The following day I named the specialized point which was about the backup of the fix order which was left from the repair-service and suggested what I'd been informed and what I'd obtained. After many moments on-hold, the specialist returned and mentioned that yes they'd not delivered the best components. Then he proceeded to inform me that I never must have been informed they might deliver Monday January 3rd whilst the required wires and control cell were on back-order which it might consider many weeks a month or two to obtain them in

At that time I request to become used in customer support who suddenly advised me that there is nothing they could do about this and they were doing anything they might. After I indicated a need to return the gear, she become really brief and aggressive and rapidly educated me that I'd need to disassemble and deal the equipment up properly which I had been accountable for moving the system back again to the shipping terminal or spending them to choose it-up, which I had been also accountable for all return shipping costs. Today bear in mind this equipment weighs nearly 150 lbs and was delivered in a 2.5 base x 2.5 base X - 5 foot-high carton, and all the Styrofoam packaging product was considerably damaged when Smooth’s shipping support unpacked and put up the gear. I told them-it was totally uncommon to suppose that the aged couple who'd settled to truly have the equipment sent, unpacked and put up might help the return of the gear. They rapidly advised me that which was also bad-but they had no motives to do something unique.

Therefore, after purchasing this gear on December 7th, and getting the cost struck my charge card on December 9th, I had been caught greater than a month later having a totally ineffective device which was today installing in items within our rec-room

On January 13th, I determined that enough was enough which I'd create your time and effort to come back the gear. And so I named customer support who advised me they might have somebody contact me back. Once they didn't return my phone, I delivered a contact to [email protected] and obtained a car response that somebody in the results division could be in touch with me. Not surprisingly, that never occurred! And so I responded towards the auto-reply showing that I'd not seen from anybody. Many times later, I obtained a phone from Linda at expansion 1167 who suggested that she was the Client Service Manager. She questioned exactly what the issue was and that I strolled her through the whole situation discussed above. She was excellent and incredibly apologetic and stated that she'd consider to it and contact me back immediately. It's now been nearly per week since I have talked to her and he or she hasn't called me back. More, after I contact her expansion, I get only voice-mail. I've quit messages but have gotten no reaction. Therefore today it's January 26th and that I still possess the gear installing in items in my own rec-room. To be continued!!!
