Positioned an order with GOAL ONLINE September 17 I obtained purchase 3 MONTHS LATER, wasn't pleased with purchase. And so I named target customer support to get information about how to come back. I had been advised to decline purchase when UPS sent. So that as quickly as my purchase was obtained I'd get my refund??? I am still waiting on that reimbursement!!! August 31
And So I did anything I had been informed obtained following range from advantages. Advantages is showing me it had been shipped back again to Goal factory July 27.
Therefore Goal where's my reimbursement. I've created 5 calls for your customer support which each time I had been informed I'd obtain my reimbursement within 7 to10 business-day. I ought to of obtained it on July 8th or September 10 NO RETURN!!! I named target customer support about the 13th with this specific info, then I had been informed the purchase hadn't been obtained, in exchange I offered them the following range from advantages that they followed it and stated I'd obtain my reimbursement in another 7 to 10 business days. Which may place my go back in my experience August 24 or 27 NO RETURN!!! I named customer support back on August 28 wondering where my reimbursement was... HA again was informed purchase hadnot been delivered from the first customer support individual then I used to be placed on store after 45 units of bull@$%*. To listen to i'd been hung-up on!!! And so i named back, needing to explain the entire issues once again. This time around i request a, who knows who she gave me too. But this lady explained how sorry she was which i'd be received a refund in 7 to business days. Which i'd receive an email shortly having a $10.00 giftcard to make use of online for several our difficulty ha like i'd be ordering from online goal or target stores. Therefore here i'm on aug 29th delivering this complaint hoping that something will be achieved or support... I'll be calling (877-848-4483) this store again to discover the statue or of any progress made after yesterday evening conversation with the corporation...
