I bought a pool and deck from this company. It was suppose to be complete in 3 days. It took 3 months and is still incomplete over a year later. I paid alot of money for these products and cant even use them.
I get the run around on the phone and the owner treated me horribly. I now have a pool with a hole in its liner due to bad installation. There was not a sufficient sand foundation put down first. There is still trex missing on my deck. The screws for the deck were nail gunned in instead of screwed and now the trex is messed up. The list goes on...
