I bought a boat on the 1st of june still don't have 7-1

I have never been ripped off before. I bought a boat, paid for it in full & I still don't have it delivered to me as agreed. This has been 1mo 13 days and now they are just ignoring my calls and textes. They should meet their agreement or be put out of business
