Pro series pool

I bought a pro series 22x52 pool from kmart, 700.00.4 legs were bowed and kinked when we started to add water tried for 9 hours to get a hold of someone at polygroup, nobody will answer.
There is no way to get a hold of anyone, email or by phone nobody will respond.
