My complaint is the same as all the others I read here, I ordered in good faith and paid with a credit card. I am a very easy going guy and was lured into the purchase due to wanting to help out a small business. My mistake was just that and now it has been an unsuccessful month of trying to get the product.
I use my real name and my email address is real. I have asked for results more than several times and this company was unresponsive. Finally she answered with a quick short email promising another speedy delivery date and no surprise there was no delivery. My friends are just as upset and we will never be ordering from this company again.
Very unfortunate since I also own a small business and I understand the problems of getting good help and satisfying customers, it is not always easy and I feel I have been very understanding but there is not even any excuses given in this situation. Just lack of response and no product. Yes I can go to the credit card company but why does something so simple require such action??
