On 4/18, I examined my Goal declaration, which became on 4/16. I had been billed 320 on 3/16, therefore then I examined online bank and again billed 320 on 4/16. Exactly what the heck. I called-up the gym and requested to get a supervisor. I had been told he wasn’t there. And so I spoke using the sales director. I told him I purchased 8 periods on 2/16, and that I had been billed regular. He explained to hold back. And so I waited after which he explained I signed a deal. I told him NO, I registered for 8 periods. He explained I closed a deal for 8 periods per month to get a year. I mentioned no I didn’t I had been informed just 8 periods which Sean had visited off the reoccuring monthly costs, so I’d just be billed for that month. Therefore, me and my spouse went directly into Gold’s Gymnasium in Conroe, Texas to determine when the supervisor really was there or not. He wasn’t, spoke towards the same revenue supervisor, and he explained the same, that I registered to get a year. I again mentioned I just registered for month, which I didn’t have any agreement. Therefore, he vanished and visited the printer. He offered me 2 bits of document, it had been a with my signature. This is actually the VERY FIRST TIME I actually noticed this record. So anyhow we left. I named 24 hours later from function, and got their supervisor, RONNIE STARR, keep in mind that title, don’t cope with him or this gym. He explained I closed a deal but might keep in touch with corporate about this. I acquired a phone the exact same evening from Ronnie stating they couldn’t do something about this since I signed a deal.
